Garment Care
Each garment is unique, so we always ask you to follow the manufacturer’s care instructions to ensure the best results and longevity of the garment.
Heatseal
If your garment includes a transfer or heatseal logo, depending on the type of garment it can sometimes leave a small iron mark around the logo. We generally recommend washing it at 30°C, avoiding tumble drying, and not ironing directly over the logo.
For best results, turn the garment inside out before washing and ironing. Please note that repeated harsh washing may eventually cause the transfer to peel.
Embroidery Hoop Marks
Occasionally, you may notice a faint circular or rectangular mark around an embroidered design when you first receive your garment. These are known as embroidery hoop marks and can occur when the fabric has been held securely in place within the embroidery machine during production. They are only noticeable on some fabrics, colours and garment types.
These marks are temporary and will disappear after washing. For this reason, we recommend washing your garment before wearing it for the first time, following the care instructions on the garment label.
