These PELTOR optime II neckband ear defenders from 3M are suitable for most noise-hazard environments and muffles even extremely low frequencies to a maximum degree. They provide an optimum seal around the ears due to the sealing rings having a combination of liquid and foam with a low contract pressure for comfort. They have an SNR of 31 dB, ideal for environments with industrial noise, construction machinery, agricultural work or airports.
