Requirements for Heat Transfer and Embroidered Logo's
Because we specialise in Custom Logo's as opposed to customers selecting from stock images there are a number of steps we need to go through in order to produce a Logo that meets your expectations. There is normally a one off setup charge that is dependant on the complexity of the design, you will be informed what this charge will be before you commit to any order.
The steps are slightly different depending on whether you require an embroidered or heat transferred logo.
Embroidery
- Customer provides artwork and sizing information, artwork normally takes the form of a .JPG file
- We provide a quote for setup charge to digitize the image
- Customer approves setup charge
- We digitize image and provide quote for price per logo (Normally based on number of stitches)
- Produce and approve sample
- Ready for production
Heat Transfer
- Customer provides artwork and sizing information, ideally the artwork will be an .EPS file as this requires the least amount of processing thus keeping setup charges to a minimum
- Other file formats may be accepted but may require more processing or re-drawing thus increasing setup charges
- Provide quote for setup charge
- Customer approves setup charge
- Artwork processed and sample produced
- Customer approves sample
- Ready for production
